AWAKENING YOGA SERIES
Yoga Dance for Moksha (Liberation)
Yoga Dance is an experience in listening and surrender to the vital life force. This practice is a meditation in motion, present-moment awareness and going with the flow. Break through physical and energetic blockages, boost cardiovascular strength, and dynamically enhance your range of motion. Although you will experience clear instructions provided throughout the practice, there is no choreography. Let your intuition and the sacred rhythms of breath and music be your guides. Yoga Dance is followed by a long ambient savasana to integrate and receive the shanti (peace) and shakti (positive energy) of Yoga Dance.

Take My Hand, Partner Yoga Workshop
Learn to deepen your yoga poses and connections with others. Partner Yoga invites openness, patience, communication, and balance into your yoga practice and relationships.  You and your partner will help each other to relax physical, mental, and emotional tensions.  No previous yoga experience or partner is necessary; bring a friend, a loved one, a sibling, a neighbor, or yourself! Immunity Boost Kundalini Yoga Flow
This fluid, warming vinyasa sequence is intended to raise a healthy amount of heat and Kundalini energy and to relieve stress, tension and fatigue. This flow is designed to systematically aid detoxification. The practice includes gentle inversions, twists, and compression for the abdomen and inner organs. Free up you’re the spine, encourage circulation of lymph fluid, and use twists to aid digestion and the elimination of waste. This specialized practice will maximize the flow of breath and oxygen rich blood to the major organs. Feel lighter and clearer in your physical body, mind, and mood as you boost your immunity!

Yoga Church: A Soulful Morning Flow with Live Music
This workshop is a soulful exploration of yoga and music as means to connect with and then liberate prana (creative life force) from the inside out. Inspired by the rhythm of both the instruments and breath, we invite you to dive inward as we raise the collective vibration. This morning flow class is accompanied by live ethereal, intentional song. This will be warm, all-levels, slow flow practice that includes a long ambient savasana. Grateful Yoga
In this workshop we’ll explore gratefulness and the impact of gratitude on our lives. Amidst this heart opening slow flow (in a warm room), consider what, and who, you’re thankful for and why. Through Metta (Loving Kindness) meditation, we’ll consider the billions who could use our aid and benefit from the relative abundance in our daily lives. Come for a fun and loving gratitude adjustment woven through a slow flowing, warm yoga class.

CALMING YOGA SERIES
Blissful Body: Introduction to Thai Massage
In this workshop you will be introduced to the deeply relaxing practice of Thai Yoga Massage. These simple Thai massage techniques are taught by demonstration and through hands on-experience.  You and a partner each practice giving and receiving Thai massage.  Experience the outstanding benefits of boosted immunity, stretches, calm, and happy body and mind. No experience is required.

Light in the Dark, Candlelight Restorative Yoga
Candlelight Restorative Yoga is a purposefully slow and deeply relaxing class that relies on the support of breath and posture holds, safely with the support of props, for deep release. This class is taught by candlelight to reduce the distraction of visual stimulation & deepen the inner experience. Exploring comfortable stillness within the restorative poses, we explore how to release mental, physical, and emotional holding.

A Peaceful Way: Gentle Yoga Workshop
Explore relaxing your mind and body through slow movements, deep peaceful stretches, meditation, and soft chanting. Use various breath techniques proven to increase the flow of prana (vital life force) and decrease stress and tension (like Dirgha, Spinal Breathing Pranayama, Ujjayi, etc). This workshop can be offered by candlelight to reduce visual stimulation and enhance the inner experience.
