Welcome to Yoga on the River

Yoga on the River: Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 pm, starts May 10, 2011
If you love to be outside during summer months, enjoy taking your yoga practice outdoors!Practice yoga on the Winooski River. Meet at the studio and we will walk across the bridge together and roll out our mats in the park, where we will practice with the river directly beneath us. Inward focus and the river will calm your nerves; fresh air, pranayama and yoga postures will invigorate your body. In the event of rain, class will be held inside the studio. Dress in layers and bring a beach towel to place under your mat. Namaste!
