The rugged Sierra Nevada Mountains, towering over Lake Tahoe and the Truckee River, inspire and humble me. I feel awake and alive here. I attribute this to a combination of the smell of pine and Mansanita Bushes, with the warmth of sun, and cool of the water, the rich colors of sunrise and sunset, and the abundance of prana everywhere (vital life force).
Working with Wanderlust Festival at Squaw Valley allowed Ben and I to re-experience this sacred place, hold the space for yoga, get down to music, and play. The family of staff and crew who travel to these events expand our hearts as much as the journey. Life is the practice. I trust that each moment is an opportunity.
