Thoughts and Shots from Kripalu #4

I intend to spend the next three days here (the end of this session), as if I were not to return for a decade.  My intention is not to complain once during this time and to enjoy as much as I can.  With love and gratitude, Jane

Jai Bhagwan!

“The major characteristic of love is the absence of conflict.  When conflict is born and increases daily through fault finding, true love gradually diminishes. Where conflict finds fault, love sees virtue in the other. Then love increases daily and it’s flower  blossoms fully, spreading it’s sweet fragrance everywhere.”

What a beautiful statement and something that is so true and needed for me….
You will be home in two days…I miss you so….but in these 48 hours, my intention is not to dwell in the negative, but to take joy and find beauty and lessons of gratitude in each minute

I love you Mom! I’m learning that not complaining is not easy though it’s certainly a choice and the end result is often peace. Words are a powerful tool. We create our reality through the words we use. By choosing mine more carefully the last three days at Kripalu, it’s become and easier habit in general. We can give our selves new options to draw from with heightened awareness.
