Please join us for Sunday’s Restorative Yoga Nidra retreat at Laughing River Yoga.
In this workshop plan on targeting relaxation of the mind, body, and spirit. You will deeply unwind through the restorative practice, creating new space in your life compassionately, starting with your physical body. Spaciousness will follow in the mind as well. Through Yoga Nidra you will connect with some soul-purpose, expect Intention Setting and Journaling. You’ll leave with a greater sense of connection to your true nature, the world around you and with a general sense of ease- ironically, through the process of letting go.
