In this workshop, learn tools to access gratefulness and begin to discover how gratitude improves your life. Yoga asks us to embrace darkness along with light and to enjoy the good alongside the bad. The practices of gratitude and yoga both lead the practitioner to cultivate connection, awareness, and compassion.
At Thanksgiving time, we pause to acknowledge the bounty in our lives; we celebrate community, family and friends. Amidst this asana flow and pranayama, consider what, and who, you’re thankful for and why. As well, we consider others who could use our aid and benefit from some of the abundance in our daily lives. Come for a fun and loving gratitude adjustment!
