As people commonly rely on GPS these days, rather than an atlas like, we used our iPhone’s navigation system for a recent road trip. This had its pros and cons.
Siri, the GPS narrator, became a companion and cause for laughs and tensions on our trip.
Myriad occasions Siri told us one thing, then instantly, another.
We knew based on consulting at a map what do to. We trusted in our set route. This always paid off.
As we’d override the incorrect navigational advice, Siri repeated our original route.
We may have missed a shortcut opportunity, but I think, we just missed being misled.
What do you think?
Though iPhones provide helpful reminders of where to go, they’re not to be blindly followed. Do you agree?
We found the best to navigate is with intelligence and intuition.
