Although your body and mind may wish to quit during long stretches of road or life, great distance can be covered through tenacity.
Don’t give up.
In the case of a long road trip, change drivers every few hours to keep things fresh and people rested. In life outside the car, keep moving to avoid feeling stuck and don’t overrun yourself. Wherever you are, rest, hydrate and stretch when possible to keep prana flowing well.
