At this time of Thanksgiving, fun and loving gratitude teachings are interwoven with yoga postures, breath and music. Held in a warm room, this fluid, feel-good, vinyasa sequence is intended to raise a healthy amount of heat and energy while keeping you present, relaxed, and calm. Practice includes Metta Mediattion (loving kindness).
