Asana, Pranayama, and Vinyasa to explore gratitude at Thanksgiving
Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013
$25 | $5 optional donation to Vermont Foodbank
At this time of Thanksgiving, we explore gratefulness and the impact of gratitude on our lives. Amidst this heart opening slow flow (in a warm room), consider what, and who, you’re thankful for and why. Fun and loving gratitude teachings are offered through a flowing, warm yoga class, interwoven with breath and music. This fluid, feel-good, vinyasa sequence is intended to raise a healthy amount of heat and Kundalini energy, to maximize the flow of breath and oxygen rich blood to the major organs., and to aid digestion at this time of Thanksgiving. Free up your spine, encourage circulation of lymph fluid, feel lighter and clearer in your physical body, mind, and mood. We will practice Metta Meditation, (Loving Kindness) as you boost your immunity in a fun, thankful way.
