In between meals and yoga, indulge in a massage session, a restorative foot soak, and ample time for rest and relaxation. Participate in a sacred fire ceremony under the shining VT stars, use the sauna, explore the walking trails, receive bodywork, and slow down in your free time.

The surroundings of Dreaming Mountain, our yoga sessions, the body-work you will receive, and the nourishing food will leave you with a deep sense of rejuvenation and connection.
Fall Equinox is balance point when day and night are the same length. This is a sacred time to gather for the purpose of turning energy inward and cultivating balance.
