In this Valentine’s Weekend workshop, spend quality time with your lover.  Yoga is a path to honesty, peace, compassion, and wisdom that originated millennia ago. When you practice yoga with your partner, you invite openness, strength, patience, communication, and balance into your relationship.  You will use each others physical body to melt tightness and tension and develop present moment awareness.  Whether you’ve been together for days or years, this workshop with enhance your connection and invigorate your life.  The intention is that you will bring these poses and concepts increasingly into your life as you devote to taking care of yourself and your partner with love.  No previous yoga experience is necessary, Enjoy!
