Here are a few tips for getting focused based on my Kripalu Yoga training.
- Work at your edge.
- Exploring a place that requires your skillfulness, does not demand too much or too little, will keep you present and growing.
- Forget about what you look like. Feel yourself in the pose. Find length. Find softness and new space.
- Begin to explore subtle movements in the pose and get curious.Try to discover something new in the pose
- Enjoy each moment as it unfolds
