5 Tips to Get in the Zone

Here are a few tips for getting focused based on my Kripalu Yoga training.

  • Work at your edge.
  • Exploring a place that requires your skillfulness, does not demand too much or too little, will keep you present and growing.
  • Forget about what you look like. Feel yourself in the pose. Find length. Find softness and new space.
  • Begin to explore subtle movements in the pose and get curious.Try to discover something new in the pose
  • Enjoy each moment as it unfolds

    hey sis! when i first saw this title i wasn’t quite sure which zone you meant . . . 😉 i have a question though: how do you work at your edge but not demand too much? how do you find that balance without throwing yourself off?
