About Jane Yoga

Jane Lanza, E-RYT, facilitates well- organized, intimate and transformative yoga trainings. Jane leads a balanced yoga practice that awakens and empowers the mind body. This practice equally promotes relaxation and calm. Jane interweaves yogic breath techniques, postures, movement meditation, and inspiring bits of yogic philosophy into flow. Jane co-founded Burlington Yoga Conference (BYC), Liberate Festival, Liberate School of Yoga and Laughing River Yoga (LRY) studio in Vermont. Jane leads retreats, works for the Wanderlust Music & Yoga Festival and All Phases Event Group around the country and world. Jane offers yoga classes, trainings and immersions. Read more
